Avans uplata pre pocetka fotografisanja obavezna
napomena: isporucuje se onoliko fotografija koliko je sa nase strane gledista reprezentativno a broj varira od 20tak i vise i zavisi od broja lokacija na kojima se radi i od toga koliko se puta model presvlaci. Sve fotografije su u originalnoj rezoluciji na 300 dpi sto znaci da mozete raditi zaista ogromne formate

To su jedine i zaista prave vrednosti koje cete vecno cuvati u srcu i moci sa uzivanjem da listate vecno. Fotografije iz knjige vencanja su nezamenljive. Ukratko cemo vam objasniti sta podrazumeva knjiga vencanja, a posto postoji nekoliko varijanti, trudicemo se da vam u globalu docaramo sta mozete da ocekujete, dok se o detaljima svakako uvek mozemo dogovoriti.
KNJIGA VENCANJA (mlada i mladozenja pojedinacno, u paru na lokacijama i vencanje u crkvi)
- upoznavanje sa mladencima i razgovor o vasim zeljama, upoznavanje sa lokacijom kod mladenaca, fotografisanje vencanja u crkvi na dan vencanja ( i mladence na dan vencanja ukoliko imaju minimum 2 sata slobodnog vremena za aktivno fotografisanje) ili fotografisanje mladenaca dan, dva nakon vencanja, potpisivanje model release na srpskom i engleskom, sredjivanje fotografija i isporuka kao odstampana knjiga velicine 30 x 20cm i na DVD disku (broj fotografija neogranicen).
Avans uplata pre pocetka fotografisanja – obavezna
VAZNO OBAVESTENJE ZA MLADENCE:
svaki hotel ili restoran u kome organizujete vase slavlje, verovatno ima nekog fotografa sa kojim ima Ugovor po kome samo taj fotograf moze da vas fotografise u tom objektu. Ovaj Ugovor izmedju njih vazi SAMO za taj objekat. Taj fotograf nema pravo da vas ogranici ili uslovi ili zabrani da Vas bilo ko drugi fotografise VAN tog objekta, kod vas kuci, na lokacijama ili u crkvi. Vi kao mladenci NISTE U OBAVEZI uopste da uzimate fotografije od tog fotografa sa lokacija van objekta niti ste u obavezi da ga zovete na bilo kakvo fotografisanje koje se odnosi na lokacije VAN objekta sa kojim on ima Ugovor o radu. Ukoliko vas “hotelski fotograf” ucenjuje pricom da mora on da vas fotografise na lokacijama VAN objekta sa kojim on ima zakup ili van podize cenu fotografija ukoliko vas on ne fotografise na lokacijama, moj savet vam je samo da mu kazete: “Cekajte nas u hotelu”
napomena: isporucuje se onoliko fotografija koliko je sa nase strane gledista reprezentativno a broj varira od 20tak i vise i zavisi od broja lokacija na kojima se radi, vremena i naravno vaseg raspolozenja. Sve fotografije su u originalnoj rezoluciji na 300 dpi sto znaci da mozete raditi zaista ogromne formate.
ANGAZOVANJE FOTOGRAFA: ova usluga se odnosi na angazovanje fotografa za fotografisanje enterijera, motiva za vasu licnu upotrebu (za web sajt, kalendare, kolektivne fotografije, decu za novu godinu i slicno).
Cena: utvrdjuje se nakon vaseg zahteva za svaki posao posebno.
* Za svako fotografisanje, portret ili knjigu vencanja primenjuju se sledeci principi;
- avans uplata unapred pre zakazanog datuma za fotografisanje,
- klijent je duzan odvojiti dovoljno vremena za aktivno fotografisanje (pocetak i kraj fotografisanja bez vremena provedenog u putu) da se fotografisanje obavi bez zurbe i na vreme,
- ukoliko klijent ne moze da obezbedi dovoljno vremena koje je neophodno – nemojte nas angazovati – vasa i nasa dobra volja nisu dovoljni da vase uspomene budu kvalitetne i da Vi i mi budemo zadovoljni nasim radom,
- ukoliko klijent kasni vise od 45minuta – fotograf nije duzan da pocne fotografisanje. U tom slucaju ugovor propada i avans se ne vraca, i klijent nije duzan da isplati ugovoreni iznos za fotografisanje,
- ukoliko klijent smatra da je dovoljno fotografija napravljeno pre isteka vremena namenjenog za fotografisanje, ne zeli vise da se fotografise na svoje insistiranje, ugovor se smatra ispunjenim i klijent je duzan da isplati ugovoreni iznos bez obzira na krajnji broj isporucenih fotografija,
- ukoliko na dan zakazanog za fotografisanje vremenske prilike nisu odgovarajuce, uz obostranu saglasnost, fotografa i klijenta, fotografisanje se moze pomeriti za naredni dan (portreti), u slucaju svadbe, klijent moze da odustane od fotografisanja – u tom slucaju avans se ne vraca a preostali iznos klijent nije u obavezi da isplati, ili klient moze da insistira da se fotografisanje obavi uz konsultaciju sa fotografom, u tom slucaju, duzan je da isplati preostali iznos bez obzira na krajnji broj isporucenih fotografija.
Preostali iznos, klijent je duzan da isplati u roku od 7 dana od dana kada ga fotograf obavesti da su fotografije spremne za isporuku.

If you are newlyweds and wish professional recorded memories for you then our recommendations is wedding book. These are the only really true values and that you will keep forever in heart. Photos from the wedding book are irreplaceable. Let us briefly explain what offer mean.
WEDDING BOOK (bride and groom individually, in pairs at the locations and wedding in the church).
- Familiarization with the couple and talk about your desires, meeting with the location of the bride and groom, wedding photography in the church on wedding day (and newlyweds on the wedding day if they have a minimum of 2 hours of free time for active imaging) or photographing newlyweds day or two after the wedding, signing model release in Serbian and English, arranging photography and delivery as a printed wedding book 30 x 20cm and the DVD drive (unlimited number of photos)

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO THE WEDDING PAIR
Every hotel or restaurant in which you organize your event, probably have a photographer with a contract in which only the photographer can photograph you in the building. This contract between them is valid ONLY for this facility. The photographer has no right to limit you or prohibit terms or anyone else you photograph outside the building, to your home, on location or in the church. You as the bride and groom do not have to take a pictures at all from that kind of photographer from locations outside the building or you are obliged to call on any photo related to locations outside the facility with which he has a contract of employment. If your “hotel photographer,” blackmail you with a story that he is the only one who may and can take a pictures of you on locations outside the facility with which he has a lease my advice is just to him say, “Please, wait for us at a hotel! “

BOOKING PHOTOGRAPHER: this service applies to hiring photographers for photographing interiors, the motives for your personal use (for web sites, calendars, collective photos, children for the new year, etc.).
Price: shall be determined after your request for each job separately.
* For each photograph, portrait or wedding book apply to the following principles;
- Advance payment in advance before the scheduled date for shooting,
- The client is obliged to allow time for active imaging (beginning and end of shooting without the time spent on the road) to carry out shooting without hurry and on time,
- If the client can not provide enough time that is necessary – do not engage us – your and our good will is not enough for your photo memories and for yours and ours satisfaction,
- If the client is late more than 45minuta – photographer is not obligated to start shooting. In this case the agreement fails. The advance payment will not be reimbursed and the customer is not obligated to pay the agreed amount for the shooting,
- If the customer thinks that is enough pictures made before the time intended for shooting, no longer wants to be photographed at his insistence, the contract will be fulfilled and the customer is obligated to pay the agreed amount regardless of the final shipments of photographs,
- If on the day scheduled for shooting weather conditions are appropriate, by mutual consent, the photographer and client, photography can be rescheduled for the next day (portraits), in the case of weddings, the client may withdraw from the shooting – in this case advance payment will not be reimbursed and the remaining balance of the customer is not obligated to pay, or the client may insist that the shooting done in consultation with the photographer, in this case, is obliged to pay the remaining amount, regardless of the final shipments photos.
The remaining amount, the client is obligated to pay within 7 days from the date client is informed by the photographer that the photos are ready for delivery.
